Shipping Policy

STANDARD

USPS Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders.

UPS Domestic Shipping is also available following the rates below

  • UPS Next Day Air: $55.00

  • UPS Ground: $12.00

USPS International shipping is a flat low fee of $28.00 per order 

Shipping to Canada is a flat low fee of $25 per order.

Domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders will arrive within 7-21 business days. (During Holiday Rush and Extreme Weather conditions we may experience longer shipping times due to the influx of orders and inability to move packages due to the weather condition.)

 

Packages shipping to Southeast Asian countries may take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

 

USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.

*Final delivery will be made by USPS. This will not affect the standard delivery timeframe.

*Our 4-day shipping guarantee does not include mistakes or delays made by USPS. We ship all completed orders within 24 hours and pay for 2-3 day shipping. If the order does not arrive within that time period, USPS is to blame.

*For USPS Express orders, we do not refund shipping charges if we ship within the timeframe of 24 hours from order completion (excluding Sundays). If there is an issue with your shipment and we shipped it within the allotted timeframe; it is the fault of USPS and they are to blame. We are not able to provide a receipt of purchase or shipping at this time either.

 

OTHER DETAILS

Narrows Labs ships Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3 pm PST on weekdays and 1 PM PST on Saturdays. Orders completed after 3 pm PST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1 business day for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday – Saturday. Please note that Narrows Labs does not ship to businesses, hotels, or freight forwarders.
